We trace our beginnings in 1988 as an independent maritime surveying and inspection agency known as Jardines Surveying in Malaysia / Pacmarine Services / Asia Pacific Marine Superintendents (ASIAPAC).
Through a “management buyout” in 1994, we diversified further from the inspection services to the logistics division known as CDC Control Sdn. Bhd. (now known as D&D Control Sdn. Bhd.)
We focus on technologies that improve the ability to monitor maritime and logistics segment as well as providing ICT solutions for the majority shipping lines in Malaysia.

- Recovery and Financial Services
- Education Services
This is now known as Kannal Group.
With a diversified workforce, currently the company has well over 1000 employees and revenue totals of RM 140 million for the year ending 2016.
